Year 7 Yellow had an amazing opportunity to see the finalists of the 2022 Archibald Portrait Prize at the Western Plains Cultural Centre in Week 2.

The Education officer spoke about the role of an art gallery curator as well as explaining in detail some of the artworks. The students then looked at the rest of the display to take in the meanings and history of the artworks in preparation for their Archibald Prize research project.
