Secure your spot to explore our school. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our facilities, programs, and community. - Complete an Online Application Form
Fill out the online application form. A non-refundable application fee of $55 is required to submit your application. - Student Enrolment Interview
Eligible applicants will be invited to attend an enrolment interview with the Principal or a member of our Executive team. This is an opportunity to discuss your child’s interests, needs, and aspirations. - Receive an Offer
Successful applicants will receive an official offer from the school. This will include details about the next steps. - Acceptance of Offer
To accept the offer:
1. Pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of $750 to secure your child’s place.
2. If your child is enrolling as a Boarding student, an additional non-refundable confirmation fee of $3,000 is required. This fee will be credited towards the first term’s boarding fees.

Enrolment Snapshot
Prep
The program has a capacity of 50 students, with flexible attendance options allowing up to 30 students in the classroom each day.
Junior School
Approximately 300 students, with class sizes typically between 24 and 28 students.
Senior School
Approximately 400 students, with each year group capped at 84 students to ensure a strong academic focus and individual care.

Due to high demand, only families who submit an application by 1 March 2027 will be considered for the first round of enrolment offers, which will be made on 1 May 2027.
Continuous Enrolment Guarantee
All students enrolled at Macquarie are guaranteed a place through to Year 12.
There is no need to re-enrol when transitioning from Prep to Kindergarten or from Year 6 into Year 7 – your child’s place is secure.
