Boarding Within Reach

Boarding at Macquarie Anglican Grammar School is built around a simple belief: that an excellent boarding experience and regular, meaningful connection with family should never be a trade-off. Located in Dubbo – widely regarded as the Hub of the West – our school is genuinely within reach for families across central and western New South Wales. With a small community of just 56 boarders on a spacious 40-acre campus, every student is personally known, supported, and cared for across their academic, pastoral, and co-curricular journey. Whether full-time or weekly boarding, students thrive in a structured, nurturing environment while remaining connected to the people and places that matter most.
