Successful Gilgandra Show for our Livestock Show Team

The soaking rain could not stop us from having a fantastic day in the cattle ring at the Gilgandra Show.
With a number of new team members experiencing their first show and our older members helping to show them the ropes, it was once again a pleasure to see our team work so well together and successfully represent Macquarie, both in and out of the ring.
In Paraders 12 to 14 Years and 15 to 25 Years, Macquarie achieved first, second and third place! Special congratulations to Nicola Millar, Year 11, who was awarded Champion Parader.
In Breed Class Judging we won Junior Champion and Grand Champion Shorthorn Bull with Polldale Treacherous and Grand Champion Female and Supreme Champion Exhibit with Polldale Roany. We were also awarded Champion Breeder’s Group and Most Successful Exhibitor.
Congratulations to all of our team members. Thank you to Ian Tucker from Tucker’s Stock Transport, our parent helpers for the day, Gilgandra Show Society and Polldale Shorthorn Stud.
