Macquarie Anglican Grammar School

The annual Dubbo Primary School Chess Competition was held on Friday 26 July at St Mary's Catholic School.

This event highlighted the bringing together of young chess enthusiasts from various schools to compete in a series of challenging and exciting matches. It aimed to promote strategic thinking, sportsmanship and the love of chess among students.

Macquarie’s two teams played extremely well. Team A finished in fifth position with four wins, one draw and two losses. Team B finished 21st with two wins, two draws and three losses. Congratulations!
