Our Livestock Show Team Attends Dubbo Show

The Macquarie Williams Pavilion and the cattle ring at the Dubbo Showgrounds was the place to be at the 2023 Dubbo Show.
With more than 200 head of cattle and nearly 140 competitors entered in the cattle section, the shed was close to bursting and the competition was fierce. Our team of 27 students and 14 cattle were put to the test, but definitely up for the challenge and came away with a huge array of ribbons and prizes.
Ally B. was awarded Grand Champion Parader, Max T. was awarded Grand Judge, Rose B. was Junior Champion Herdsman, Jack T. was Intermediate Champion Herdsman and Mrs Taylor was awarded Open Champion Herdsman.
Our Macquarie Show Team was then presented with the award for Champion School!
Congratulations to all of the team for a very successful show and thank you to everyone who helped to make it happen; the Williams family of Polldale Shorthorn Stud, Mrs Cross for the time and assistance she has given to the team, our parent helpers and supporters, and our hard-working team members who worked so well together and showed such commitment and dedication.
