Molly Quilty, a dedicated and driven individual, recently participated in the inaugural Learn 2 Lead program, and left an indelible mark on the initiative's success.

The Learn 2 Lead program, a pioneering venture in NSW, aims to equip young women with essential leadership skills and the confidence to create positive change within their local tennis communities. Over the course of eight weeks, Molly, along with ten other remarkable women from across the state, delved into a comprehensive curriculum designed to foster life and leadership skills through a blend of online and face-to-face workshops.

Supported by Tennis NSW Women and Girls Lead, Casey Dellacqua, Molly and her fellow participants received valuable guidance and mentorship. The program provided them with two learning journey check-ins, an online platform brimming with resources, and a nurturing community of like-minded young people. This support network not only enhanced their learning experience, but also fostered lasting connections among participants, which created a strong sense of camaraderie.

It is worth noting that Molly's involvement in the Learn 2 Lead program is an extension of her commitment to personal growth and community engagement. She had previously been an active participant in the Tennis NSW Future Leaders program, which demonstrates her dedication to honing her leadership potential.

As we celebrate the success of the Learn 2 Lead program, we cannot help but recognise Molly's outstanding achievements and her role as a true catalyst for positive change. Her journey from a promising participant in the Future Leaders program to a confident and capable young leader in the Learn 2 Lead initiative is a testament to her tenacity and unwavering spirit.

We are confident that Molly's passion for leadership and her commitment to making a difference will continue to drive her towards even greater heights. As a school, we take immense pride in her accomplishments and look forward to witnessing the continued growth of this remarkable young leader.
