Year 9 and Stage 3 students recently experienced a captivating journey back in time during a History incursion led by Shane, from World War I Living History.

Transforming our classroom into a museum, Shane immersed students in the gritty reality of WWI life.

With authentic artifacts and meticulous replicas, Shane’s lesson provided a tangible link to the past. Students donned WWI uniforms, handled genuine artifacts, and gained a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by soldiers a century ago.

The incursion offered a unique opportunity for hands-on learning and left a lasting impact on our students' understanding of WWI.
