As part of the English Skills Enrichment program, Year 6 students had a visit from Dubbo Photo News reporter Tijuana Birdjan at the end of Term 3.

Tijuana gave us some tips and insight into writing a newspaper. She ran through interview skills, article ideas and photography tips for their Stage 3 newspaper. Students asked a variety of insightful questions and gained some great ideas they can apply to the pilot newspaper they will be developing in Term 4.
