Macquarie Anglican Grammar School

During Term 3, students in the Junior School attended the Littlescribe Mini-Writing Festival.

The week-long event saw various authors model writing techniques via a series of mini-activities. At the conclusion of the festival, students could create and submit their writing through the Book Creation Challenge. More than 35,000 students attended the festival, with a large number submitting their books in the hopes of being selected by their chosen author and winning a prize.

Congratulations to Japneet Kaur who was chosen by Tim Harris as a standout in the Book Creation Challenge! Her book Dangerous Wishes follows Tiana, who has woken up on a school bus, unaware of where she was and how she got there.
