There are four (4) steps to follow:- |
| 1. | Parents submit an Application Form and pay the Application Fee of $110. Your child will now be registered for enrolment at Macquarie Anglican Grammar School. | | 2. | Meet and Greet the Principal and a personal tour of the School along with a Student enrolment interview (please provide a copy of birth certificate, immunisation and previous reports). An enrolment offer will be advised by the Principal following this step. | | 3. | Students in years 1-12 sit a literacy and numeracy test for appropriate class placement. | | 4. | Acceptance of the ‘offer of a place’ and return to the Registrar with the enrolment fee of $250. |
Completing Application Forms?
To enrol at Macquarie Anglican Grammar School, applicants are asked to complete an Application for Enrolment. Once completed, these forms should be returned to our Registrar (please see below for contact details). On return of your Application, please accompany the form with a non-refundable application fee of $110 per student, as detailed on the Enrolment Agreement. It is important that you read the Enrolment Agreement and that you give your consent before lodging your application. Meet the Principal
On receipt of your Application for Enrolment, we will contact and invite you to a student interview with our Principal. At this meeting the Principal will explain the School’s educational philosophy, our plans for the school’s future and will give a personal guided tour of the school. The meeting will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Please bring along with you a copy of your child’s birth certificate, immunisation record and previous school reports. Student placement testing
Prior to the Student interview, we will conduct a series of placement testing with your child. This testing allows us to best serve your child and his/her needs for the commencement of School and guides as to the academic and social level of your child with regard to an appropriate class. On completion of your test a time will be set-up for your child’s enrolment interview with the Principal. Letter of Offer and Enrolment Agreement
A place will be offered to your child following a successful student interview. Following the interview you will receive a Letter of Offer and enrolment agreement for a place at Macquarie Anglican Grammar School. We ask that you sign the Letter of Offer and the enrolment agreement and return to the Registrar with the non-refundable $250 enrolment fee. |
